We complete one simple form at each new move in and also at each check out and the rest is left to Hallmark. The four utility companies are informed of the movement on our behalf on our letterhead and we are sent copies for our files. Once a property is on supply with Southern Electric, Hallmark will deal with all the billing issues going forward and the landlord even gets free gas and electricity during void periods up to the value of £10. If we have any queries the team at their offices in Brigg pick up the phone quickly and deal with our issues efficiently and promptly. We earn a commission for each transfer, so we take the view that we do less internally and provide ourselves with an extra revenue stream too.
