Letting Agents

The new Hallmark ‘All Inc’ service takes away all the painstaking form filling, and time-consuming admin procedures from Letting Agents. With the new service all that is required is for the agent to send the basic tenant details and Hallmarks professional staff then take care of everything else.

The large investment in technology over the last year allows us complete all check in and check out documentation on behalf of our customers quickly and very efficiently.  Time-wise this saves hours if not days of mundane and costly admin procedures and with the new 'All-Inc' scheme the service is free. Our new Online service is now available which gives direct access and makes life even easier so do ask us about this innovative new service.

The new ALL INCLUSIVE service includes the following services;

Gas and Electricity

  • Contact existing supplier regarding change of tenancy

  • Provide meter reads to existing suppliers

  • Send letters to existing suppliers (on SSE transfers)
