There are two options available to Letting Agents when it comes to the Hallmark Schemes. There is a simple idea behind these two options, the more work you want to do yourself, the more commission you can earn.
If you would like to earn more commission but still have work to do then our 'Standard' Scheme is best suited for your needs. If you don't mind earning slightly less commission but would like Hallmark to take care of everything for you then our 'Standard Plus' Scheme is the one for you.
If neither of these options completely suit your company then Hallmark does offer a 3rd solution in which they will work with you to tailor-make a solution specifically to fit the needs and wants of your company.
